Stewards Academy is delighted to have achieved an outstanding judgement yet again for the nationally acclaimed Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM). The Academy was visited by the assessor in July and the final report was full of praise for the work of the staff of the school in supporting all children to achieve their very best regardless of their background.

The assessor stated that “Stewards Academy is an example of an Academy that puts its students first and is outstanding in its implementation of inclusive practice. It is an outstanding, caring environment for students where excellent staff/ student relationships have a huge impact on attainment, progress and wellbeing.”

Ms Murthar, Headteacher said; “The IQM Report is testament to the commitment of all staff to the shared ethos of Stewards, which provides an environment for students that balances high expectations, attainment and progress with the well-being of all.”
