My name is Amanda Atkinson. I started working at Stewards in 2007 as a Pastoral Support Manager. I now hold the post of Designated Safeguarding lead and have a passion for supporting our students. I have been an Associate staff Governor since 2018 and enjoy the responsibilities of that role. I am also the Senior Mental Lead for staff and students.

Stewards is a lovely school to work in. There is a warm feel to our school and that is shown in the pastoral care and teaching that is delivered daily to our students.

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Stewards. It not without its challenges but it is a vital part of our daily work.

In my own time, I enjoy the wonders of my grandchildren and all the joy they bring.
