My Name is Emma Bloomfield and I am currently the Primary Executive Head Teacher and Deputy CEO for PCLC trust. 

During my career I have been a Headteacher in other schools in Harlow and in South Essex as well as being an advisor for the local authority. I first joined PCLC as Headteacher of Purford Green in September 2015 and added Potter Street Academy to my responsibilities two years later. I now oversee all four primary school in the trust.

I am passionate about every child receiving high-quality learning experiences and support so they can thrive as global citizens. I believe schools should be at the heart of their communities, developing strong relationships with children and their families.
